Global Bay’s Mobile Platform, GBMobile, is an end-to-end configurable mobile business tool that streamlines two-way movement of data between the mobile field worker and the Enterprise. 

The enterprise-grade Mobile Platform enables organizations to create and deploy multi-use mobile applications that have the ability to collect, transmit and view data using mobile devices such as Tablets, PDA’s, Handheld devices, and Smart Phones.

This product includes the following key components:

  • Application Builder:  A powerful, yet, easy-to-use tool for converting paper-based forms into intelligent mobile and wireless applications. 
  • Synchronization Engine:  Leverages multiple methods of synchronization between the mobile worker and the enterprise such as:  On-Line, Off-Line and occasionally connected while giving the option for One-Way or Two-Way synchronization.
  • Web Management Console:  Is an essential tool for user and data management.  There are also ad-hoc reporting capabilities included.
  • Integration Tool:  This is a visual tool for mapping of fields between the mobile application and legacy systems.
  • Mobile Client:  This software is what actually resides on the mobile device and is used to render applications created using the Application Builder.

This Configurable Off the Shelf (COTS) approach vastly reduces time to delivery and risk associated with solution development.
